Campaign operations for the African creative economy

Run creator campaigns without losing track of the deal.

Contracts, deliverables, content approvals and usage rights in one workspace.

Know
what was agreed
Know
what was delivered
Know
what you can still use

Campaigns get hard the moment there is more than one creator.

The work gets coordinated across WhatsApp, email, spreadsheets, cloud storage and whatever tool holds the contract. Then someone asks a simple question (can we still use this?) and nobody can answer it quickly.

  • Briefs scattered across email and WhatsApp
  • Deliverables tracked by hand in spreadsheets
  • Usage rights buried inside PDFs
  • Nobody sure when rights expire
  • Draft and approved assets mixed together
  • Clients asking for updates you have to go and find

Can we still use this?

The question that stops a campaign. In KREO it is a record with the answer written on it, not an afternoon spent reading a PDF nobody can find.

Whitelisting

Not allowed
A rights record, drawn by the same components the workspace uses. Not a screenshot: it cannot go out of date.
  • A blank is not a no

Exclusivity was never agreed here, so it reads Not specified. KREO will not answer a legal question nobody asked, and it will never quietly turn silence into permission.

  • The expiry is arithmetic

Ninety days from the start date, and the days remaining worked out again every time anyone looks. Nobody types the number in, so nobody forgets to change it.

  • Columns, not clauses

Channels, territory and permissions are fields rather than sentences. That is what lets them be searched, sorted, counted, and raise an alarm on their own.

A rights-aware operating system for creator campaigns.

01

Campaigns

Every creator, deal and deliverable for a piece of work in one record, not six tools.

02

Rights

What was licensed, for which channels and territory, and the exact date it lapses. Structured data, not prose in a contract.

03

Assets

Versions preserved, approvals tracked, and the licence that governs each file attached to it.

04

Expiry

Reminders at 30, 14, 7 and 1 days, then on the morning it lapses, so a right never quietly runs out while the ad is still running.

Nothing tells you a licence is about to lapse.

The contract will not, and neither will the client whose ad is still running. So KREO keeps the calendar: five messages on a fixed ladder, then one more on the day it stops being a reminder and starts being a problem.

  1. Rights expire in 30 days
  2. Rights expire in 14 days
  3. Rights expire in 7 days
  4. Rights expire tomorrow
  5. Rights expire today
  6. Rights have expired

Stop using this asset until it is renewed.

Each one names the campaign, the asset and the type of use, and is sent once to everyone in the workspace.

“Before KREO, running this campaign took multiple spreadsheets, WhatsApp threads, emails and folders. Now the entire campaign lives in one place, and we never lose track of what content we can use.”

The outcome KREO is built for
